We send our parcels using the Dutch Postal Service (PostNL). Your order will typically be shipped in a letterbox-sized box that fits through the mailbox. You will always receive an email from PostNL with a tracking number and the estimated delivery time. Your parcel may be delivered earlier or later in some cases, depending on circumstances beyond PostNL's control. We do not charge shipping fees for the countries listed below.
